Since 1885, Poppleton & Appleby in Manchester have provided the business community, generally in the north-west but also further afield with bespoke advice, professional guidance and assistance to those with financial difficulties and challenges. For 34 years this has been as an independent stand-alone practice.
As you may know, Stephen Wainwright and Allan Cadman have well over 30 years of experience in insolvency backed up by the support of similarly experienced colleagues.
We are delighted to announce that we have teamed up with a practice based in Huddersfield who share our ethos and approach to the profession. We are delighted to welcome Charles Brook and his colleagues from Brook Business Recovery. Charles will be an equal partner in the merged practice, which will continue to bear the Poppleton & Appleby brand.
Poppleton & Appleby will now have a Huddersfield office, and the expanded practice will have the experience and know-how in both offices. We are excited by the prospect of a ‘Trans Pennine’ practice which will broaden horizons and provide the opportunity to expand our respective services, not just across the north but nationally too.
The practice will now have four licence holders who together with support staff can give the same quality of advice, attention and professionalism across any challenge faced by your clients. This can only be enhanced by the added expertise and knowledge of our combined staff.
We look forward to meeting up with our clients soon to discuss how our enhanced practice can positively add to our existing relationships. We will continue to provide the same level of Partner led service.
We thank all of our clients for their support down the years and hope that it will continue. We look forward to introducing Charles and his team in the near future.
