Students and Debt Crisis

In a recent press publication indications strongly suggest that a considerable number of University Graduates will seek bankruptcy as a means of escaping the burden of student loans and additional debts accrued whilst completing their relevant University courses. There are a number of issues for students deciding to tae this particular line of action that may well jeopardise any future plans for specific financial and legal careers. The Government is also aware of the problem affecting students and has indicated that they may well put in place measures which would not allow students to escape repaying the loans obtained by them whilst studying. Our firm has on a number of occasions been able to assist various students who have had debt problems and we would be only too happy to discuss the various options available to any individuals in full time education.
